CCPA – Request to Know / Request to Delete / Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information

California residents can make CCPA requests by emailing your first and last name along with the following information to our support team:

2. If yes, are you an authorized agent of a California consumer (Y/N)?

(An authorized agent must provide proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State and proof that the agent has written and signed permission to submit the request(s) on the consumer’s behalf.)


3. Request type(s):
  1. Request to know the specific personal information the business has collected about me.
  2. Request to know the categories of personal information the business has collected about me, the categories of sources of personal information, the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed, and the associated business purpose(s), within the preceding 12 months.
  3. Request to delete the personal information the business has collected about me.

4. How do you want us to respond to your request to know or request to delete (Email or Postal Mail)?

5. If you prefer a response by postal mail, please provide your postal address.
