CCPA – Request to Know / Request to Delete / Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information
If you are a California consumer (i.e., California resident) or household, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information. Your CCPA rights include:
- Request to Know: You can request to know your personal information we collect and related information.
- Request to Delete: You can ask us to delete your personal information.
- Request to opt-out from the sale of personal information. You can instruct us to stop certain transfers of your personal information to third parties. (Not applicable as DoubleDown does not sell your personal information.)
California residents can make CCPA requests by emailing your first and last name along with the following information to our support team:
1. Are you requesting information on behalf of another person (Y/N)?
2. If yes, are you an authorized agent of a California consumer (Y/N)?
(An authorized agent must provide proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State and proof that the agent has written and signed permission to submit the request(s) on the consumer’s behalf.)
3. Request type(s):
- Request to know the specific personal information the business has collected about me.
- Request to know the categories of personal information the business has collected about me, the categories of sources of personal information, the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was disclosed, and the associated business purpose(s), within the preceding 12 months.
- Request to delete the personal information the business has collected about me.
